Am I becoming a fragrance snob? I thought something like this would never happen to me, and yet here I am, delaying a favorable review of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue EDT for the silliest reason of it being too popular and too mainstream! I really hope I’ll soon be back to my usual self, spraying on myself whatever smells fantastic, no matter if too many other people are wearing it or not.

Givenchy L’Interdit EDP. What is it if not love at first sight?
I have tried the sampler from this discovery set several times, the aroma varied quite a bit — but it is always intoxicating and making me lose my head. Or, instead, making me feel that I’m losing my head. I am a professional Chrono Agent, of course, always alert and ready to react. Probably that’s precisely why I love anything that gives me this sweet illusion of intoxication, being never able to give in to it for real.

Amazon slightly dropped the price of a fragrance discovery set by Etat Libre d’Orange, a niche brand I’ve hears a lot of fantastic things about. Naturally, I ordered it. My expectations were pretty high, but the reality exceeded any expectations!

These scents were not impressive enough, so I couldn’t write a whole post for each of them. Featuring: Tory Burch Bel Azur EDP, Donna Karan Cashmere Mist EDP, and Versace Dylan Blue EDP.

For this mission, I didn’t have to travel too far. Neither in space nor in time. Ipswich is in the same state as my cozy house, and the Roaring Twenties are less than a hundred years away. The original Roaring Twenties, anyway. The Second — more often called The Silicone — Roaring Twenties are even closer, being the timeline of my primary mission, that is exactly why I was planted in 2019 to establish my base and my contact network in time.
I cannot write the exact year this mission took place or disclose too many specific details. Our eternal adversaries at ###### are never sleeping and hunting for any thread of intel they can use against us. So far — which is, until our adversaries travel back in time in this universe alternation and change it again — the operation went pretty smoothly.
My partner agent **** *** **** was able to take some photos, which I’ll be adding to my mission report. Being the Honourable Mrs. Felicia Weatherwood was great. I’ll miss her — till my next mission and next cover, that is!

Yet another fragrance from Macy’s The Scents Of Spring Fragrance Sampler Set For Her.
The beginning is very unimpressive. A flat and dull sweetness, simply stating “I am sweet” in a calm, soft voice. Not attracting any attention, not having any other characteristic — it is not the sweetness of cane sugar, honey, dulce de leche, or anything else. It is merely sweet, nothing to be seen here, gentlemen.

I’ve mentioned buying a fragrance sampler set from Macy’s in my previous post, but the first Earth fragrance I’ve tried, Angel, was so overwhelming that I absolutely forgot to list all perfumes in the set. I don’t know whether I’ll find enough time to review them all (and find all of them worthy of a review). Still, here’s a list — I’ll link any future perfume reviews here.
- Givenchy L’Interdit EDP
- Mugler Angel EDP
- Giorgio Armani Si Passione EDP
- Tory Burch Bel Azur EDP
- Donna Karan Cashmere Mist EDP
- Dolce&Gabbana Light Blue EDT
- Marc Jacobs Daisy EDT
- Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium EDP
- Versace Dylan Blue EDP
- Carolina Herrera Good Girl Légère EDP
The ‘Angel’ of Earth Perfumes
I’ve always been a great fan and a connoisseuse of fragrances. I’m still sometimes using the “Event Horizon” perfume my second ex-husband paid the famous Bwww Grrrr Mwwwwrrggh to create for our wedding, ah, sweet memories… So naturally, as soon as I arrived in 2019 Massachusets, I started looking for the popular fragrances people are using here.

I’ve just set my foot on the 21st century Earth soil. Hello Boston and New England! For who knows how many years to come you’re going to be my new home (I hate the term “base” — it’s so vulgar). I can’t wait to soak in the fascinating culture of 21st century America.
